Developed from the peptide hormone Melanotan II, PT-141 is most notably used for treating sexual dysfunction in both men and women. It does not act on the vascular system, but instead induces sexual desire and has marked effects on women with sexual arousal disorder. There are no known contraindications and it has been shown to be highly effective in non-responders to Cialis and Viagra.

Suggested Dosing:

• 10mg vial arrives lyophilized; reconstitute with 2mL bacteriostatic water or normal saline
• Inject .2mL subcutaneously as needed, 30 min to 6 hours prior to sexual activity. Upward titration based on response. Use as needed after achieving dose response.
